By purchasing BASB Canva templates with resell rights, you gain the right to modify, rebrand, and sell or distribute them according to the following terms.

You MAY:

✔ Modify the templates in any way, including rebranding them with your own business name, colors, fonts, and content.
✔ Use them for personal or business purposes, including on your own website, social media, email marketing, or other promotional materials.
✔ Sell them as digital products (editable or non-editable formats) at any price.
✔ Bundle them with other digital or physical products.
✔ Offer them as a bonus or lead magnet for your customers.
✔ Use them in courses, coaching programs, membership sites, workshops, and webinars.
✔ Create physical products (e.g., printed planners, workbooks, journals) from the templates and sell them.
✔ Keep 100% of the profits from your sales.
✔ Transfer the rights to others (if resell rights are included in your purchase).
✔ Sell Resell Rights, Master Resell Rights, or Private Label Rights, if explicitly stated in your purchase.

You MAY NOT:

✘ Resell or distribute the templates under the BASB brand name. You must modify them and claim authorship under your own business.
✘ Claim copyright or intellectual property ownership of the original template files.
✘ Mislead customers by claiming exclusive ownership of the design elements within the templates.
✘ Use any BASB branding, trademarks, or logos in your promotions, product listings, or sales pages.
✘ Sell or distribute unmodified versions of the templates. You must make reasonable edits (such as adding your own branding or text modifications).
✘ Share, distribute, or gift the templates in any way that competes with BASB’s business model, including listing them on resale platforms without modification.
