Refunds requested prior to submission may be issued at the discretion of Build a SAHM Business, a brand of Peak and Petal LLC, for the amount paid by the customer minus any payment processing fees. Once the questionnaire is submitted and work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
❌ MOMbership: If you cancel your MOMbership, your directory listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be removed unless you reactivate your membership.
❌ DFY Websites built for BASB clientele purchased through the peakandpetaldesigns.com website and checkout process. If a refund is needed, please review the Peak & Petal Designs Cancellation and Refund Policies.
❌ Due to the nature of a digital subscription, All-in-One Dashboard memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

All purchases of digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Personalized Business Roadmaps: Refunds are only available before work begins and will be issued minus Stripe’s processing fees

• Canva Templates: Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.

• Digital Downloads: Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.

• Memberships (MOMbership, Subscriptions, etc)

• Courses, Guides, and Workbooks

• Website Templates & Custom Websites: Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.

• All-in-One Dashboard Subscription: Once access has been granted to the All-in-One Dashboard, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel anytime, and your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
